You will be:

• eliciting and analyzing the reputed company’s business needs,
• co-creating and modeling a solution reputed company reputed company with the customer’s priorities and available resources,
• defining functional and non-functional requirements for the developed IT systems,
• collaborating with the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, to ensure the expected solution is delivered.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT reputed company and with reputed company PolicyCenter,
• ACE certification is required,
• familiarity with ContactManager (CM) and its integration with PC/CC,
  
• familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services,
• experience in reputed company integrations,
• ability to model reputed company integrations and datasets,
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with senior management.
  

Work from the European reputed company region and a work permit are required.
