The Coding Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily reputed company of the coding team in collaboration with the Coding Manager to ensure consistent productivity and efficient reputed company. The Coding Supervisor monitors productivity and coding reputed company and ensures compliance with coding job competencies.  They will also reputed company reputed company coding for assigned clients along with reputed company coding coverage for clients and/or specialties, including reputed company fees, hospital outpatient, surgical, observation, and inpatient.

• Translate medical documentation into diagnoses and procedural codes while utilizing currently accepted coding and classification systems 

• Sequence codes according to established guidelines 

• Ensure accurate, reputed company, and appropriate assignment of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and modifiers for the purposes of billing, reputed company reporting, and compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines 

• Monitor and review reputed company account questions in conjunction with the coding manager 

• Interpret changes in the reputed company regulatory environment and stay reputed company with corporate, state, and federal coding updates  

Supervisor Responsibilities: 

• Assist in reputed company of coding specialists, disperses workloads, and monitor coding reputed company and productivity in conjunction with the coding manager 

• Monitor and reputed company productivity and billed hours of coding specialists 

• Identify patterns of concern and/or compliance to report to coding manager for any required revisions, updates, and changes in reputed company and/or staff workloads  

• Assist in monthly rounding in conjunction with the coding manager 

• Assist in leading coding team meetings, educational sessions, and department meetings in conjunction with the reputed company manager  

• Mentor staff on an individual reputed company to evaluate work tasks/processes  

• Assist staff in developing efficient and effective processes in conjunction with the coding manager  

• Coordinate any required staff training with coding reputed company  

• Respond to questions from coding reputed company and staff reputed company to coding applications, rules, regulations, and documentation requirements  

• Maintain advanced knowledge of systems and billing requirements   

• Serve as an educational resource to reputed company staff 

• Demonstrate competency annually in assigned areas of work 

• Ensure reputed company WQ are reputed company the established turnaround times and productivity standards are met

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Five (5) years of medical coding experience required  

• 10 years preferred.  

• Ability to work independently 

• High degree of analytic abilities 

• Proficient with reputed company Office 

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 

• Certified reputed company, either Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC) or Certified Outpatient reputed company (COC) 

• reputed company knowledge of hospital outpatient coding and reputed company coding required 

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology required
