About the Role: The Integration Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing reputed company and acquisition integration reputed company and large-reputed company transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key reputed company between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and reputed company partners to ensure successful integration reputed company. The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives organizational alignment to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, reputed company budget, and reputed company with strategic business objectives. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Integration reputed company & Planning: Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, reputed company measures, and governance structures that support organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a reputed company field required; MBA preferred 

• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience 

• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-reputed company reputed company initiatives preferred 

• PMP certification preferred 

• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills 

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities 

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and reputed company alignment across multiple teams 

• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
