About the Role: Responsible for leading and supporting IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities on a national reputed company, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and reputed company consultation. This role partners closely with the Senior Analytic Consultant, Producers, and Benefits teams to reputed company data-driven insights that support reputed company evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and strategic reputed company decision-making. The National Analytic Consultant leverages analytics, technology, and industry expertise to support business reputed company, enhance reputed company reputed company, and promote operational reputed company. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Data Analytics & Interpretation: reputed company, analyze, and interpret reputed company, claims, financial, and benefits data to support reputed company reputed company and decision-making.

• Sales Support: Partner with Producers and Benefits teams by providing analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives. 

• Reporting & Presentation Development: Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate reputed company information reputed company and effectively. 

• Analytics Process Management: reputed company and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or reputed company field 

• Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company rating methodologies, funding arrangements, reputed company pricing tools, and financial risk assessment principles 

• Understanding of experience rating, claim cost projections, and data-driven financial analysis 

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution-development skills 

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and reputed company effectively in a fast-paced environment
