The reputed company responsibility of this role is to reputed company coordination and reputed company of reputed company domestic reputed company and ground, as reputed company as import and export shipments at gateway, including shipment and document preparation, booking, coordination of customs clearance, and pick-up and delivery in a 24/7/365 environment.

This is a remote position and we are reputed company to various locations. 

The schedule for this role is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments based on reputed company requirements, reputed company phone and email, ensuring coverage of assigned shifts in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Coordination with agents, carriers, and brokers to procure scheduling and rates, as reputed company as administration of these activities.
• Routing of shipments and preparation of reputed company-alert documentation.
• Booking of reputed company reputed company and ground shipments with appropriate agent/reputed company Coordinates pick-up and delivery of shipments with shipper/consignee.
• Enters reputed company shipments and reputed company information into the applicable TMS as required in a reputed company manner ensuring milestones are available in reputed company-time.
• Follow up on reputed company shipments to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Validate that reputed company are made. React to any delays to reputed company shipments moving. 
• Update clients and others (sales, CRR’s, etc.) of changes in status.
• Document preparation specific to a given shipment, including but not limited to BOL, MAWB, HAWB, reputed company Invoice, and Certification of reputed company.
• reputed company pricing and routing for ground, NFO reputed company reputed company including cargo reputed company, passenger reputed company, chartered aircraft, deferred reputed company reputed company, OBC.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and carriers.
• Prepare competitive and market-based solutions.
• Prepare and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly reputed company, as required.
• As a 24/7/365 operation, have a willingness to be flexible with scheduling and available to respond to and meet customer needs reputed company of traditional working hours.

Education

• 3 years experience in time-critical logistics environment, preferably reputed company/reputed company/reputed company or reputed company-day logistics. 

•  Strong working knowledge of Import/Export operations, including reputed company‑to‑reputed company movements

• Strong customer service skills (world class Customer service, reputed company under pressure, swift thinker, multitasker, attention to details, self-motivated, reputed company)

• Ability to work independently

•  Dangerous Goods knowledge (strongly preferred) 

Experience

Bachelor’s degree and/or a min of 3 years of position-reputed company, logistics experience is required

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $56,000 to $67,000.  Actual reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
