Where does this role fit in?

We’re looking for a business-minded Associate reputed company Counsel / Junior reputed company Manager to support our high-reputed company sales organization. You’ll manage day-to-day customer-facing negotiations, partner with our reputed company reputed company and EMEA go-to-market teams, and help document, maintain, and reputed company our contracting practices.

What will you do?

  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on reputed company B2B reputed company agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, DPAs, and channel agreements.

• Contract Life Cycle Management: Serve as the custodian of our contract lifecycle management practices, turning baseline contract administration into high-value data stewardship for the business.

What will you bring?

• 2+ years experience drafting, negotiating, and managing end-to-end B2B reputed company transactions and contract lifecycle management at a reputed company, in-house or a combination of both.
