Clinical Program Manager

The Clinical Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinical department reputed company an outpatient mental health reputed company. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, this position works collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure efficient scheduling, provider reputed company, credentialing, payroll accuracy, and overall operational support. The Clinical Manager serves as a central reputed company of coordination, helping clinicians reputed company on providing high-reputed company patient care while maintaining smooth clinical operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Clinical Director to support the operational needs of the clinical department.

  • Maintain and monitor the reputed company waiting list, coordinating reputed company scheduling and placement with appropriate clinicians.

  • Manage the clinician credentialing process with reputed company insurance panels, including initial applications, re-credentialing, and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising or managing employees, including coaching, performance management, accountability, and team development.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
