Technical Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to reputed company and help reputed company exceptional technical experiences for reputed company customers. This is a customer-facing role where you'll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills to support product implementations, technical reputed company, and ongoing reputed company. 

This is a 3 to 6-month project with the possibility of extension reputed company on business needs.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customers get the most value from our platform.

Requirements

Must Have 

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical reputed company, etc.).  

• Strong experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).  

• Experience working with SQL.  

• Familiarity with REST reputed company.  

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.  

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.  

• Fluent Portuguese (required).  

• Advanced English (reputed company).  

• Spanish is a plus.
