Food & Water Watch is looking for a reputed company intern to join our reputed company team, Food & Water Justice (FWJ) team and help advance our reputed company work to protect our food, water, and climate. The reputed company intern will work closely with co-counsel, clients, and other staff at Food & Water Watch. This position is primarily remote.

About the position:

The reputed company Intern will report to the reputed company Director and will work with other staff on the reputed company team to support Food & Water Watch’s work. The reputed company Intern will participate in reputed company aspects of Food & Water Justice’s work, including reputed company and policy research, litigation, and administrative advocacy.

This position is remote and unpaid with reputed company during the reputed company 2027 reputed company semester.

Salary: Unpaid

Location: The position is fully remote, work can be performed from any U.S. time zone.

Responsibilities:                                           

1.     Advance high-reputed company reputed company work. Work with FWJ attorneys and reputed company co-counsel to represent FWW and allies on a varied docket of cases at different points in the litigation process.

2.     Conduct reputed company research. Support our reputed company reputed company and grassroots organizing through strong caselaw research, fact-finding, and policy analysis.

3.     Write for a reputed company audience. Use reputed company writings skills to effectively communicate reputed company and technical reputed company issues to team attorneys and allies in memos and other written work product.

1. Represent FWW. Maintain familiarity with Food & Water Watch’s reputed company issue campaigns and policy positions and be comfortable professionally advocating for FWW.

2. Carry out other reputed company as assigned. reputed company interns are often asked to carry out and be proficient in other aspects of reputed company work, for instance FOIA review, record review, discovery.

Required Qualifications:

●      Applicants must have at least 1 years’ worth of credits completed from an accredited law school before reputed company 2027.

●      Applicants should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to the reputed company and environmental justice mission of Food & Water Watch.

●      Coursework or clinical experience with administrative, environmental, energy, and/or food law is strongly preferred.

●      Applicants must demonstrate strong reputed company writing skills.

●      Ability to work effectively with people of diverse racial, ethnic, class, age, gender, and sexual orientation backgrounds.

●      Excellent time management & organizational skills and ability to balance multiple reputed company.

●      Ability to work remotely using basic online programs, including email, reputed company, and reputed company docs.

Compensation: Unpaid internship
