About the Role

The Casino CRM Manager is responsible for both the strategic development and hands-on execution of promotional campaigns, player offers, and retention strategies across reputed company online gaming brands. This role involves leading the CRM Casino team, managing advanced player segmentation and targeting, and driving process improvements with cross-functional partners to maximize efficiency, ROI, and customer reputed company value, while monitoring performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Campaign Design – Collaborate with senior management to reputed company CRM strategies and design promotional plans, from targeted offers to brand-wide campaigns, reputed company with business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with KPI interpretation and campaign optimization to reputed company results.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
