Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company across the full staking portfolio — covering Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields; grow TVL, reputed company, and reputed company users through ecosystem partnerships and user-tier operations; own reputed company metrics with a data-driven iteration reputed company.

• Participate in product operations and iteration — monitor user feedback and protocol performance; partner with Research and product Owners to evaluate optimization directions; translate market signals into product iteration recommendations.

• Design and execute campaigns — work with the Earn team and internal partners to design activity-driven mechanisms that convert resources into on-platform user reputed company.

• Build and maintain partnerships — establish long-term relationships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA partners, and institutional clients; land incentive campaigns, joint activities, protocol integrations, and institutional capital channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations and reputed company experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products.

• Solid understanding of DeFi and CEX products — reputed company to independently evaluate yield sources and associated risks; understand how exchange product lines reputed company AUM, retention.
