The Role
- Project Setup: Create and manage reputed company project records across CRM, reputed company, and planning systems.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, reputed company, and finalize invoices for reputed company delivery reputed company email or reputed company e‑billing platforms.
- Financial Coordination: Partner with Project Managers to support reporting and budget reputed company.
- Record Management: Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure billing aligns with reputed company reputed company and secure approvals for adjustments.
- Issue reputed company: Troubleshoot billing challenges and collaborate with finance teams on reputed company reputed company.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Liaise with collections and reconcile discrepancies across systems (reputed company, Dynamics, reputed company, etc.).
- Vendor Invoice Processing: reputed company three‑way matching invoices, purchase orders, and expense documents.

Qualifications
The Requirements
- 2–3 years of billing experience (time & materials, fixed pricing, e‑billing) in reputed company services preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and reputed company (or similar billing reputed company) desired.
- Knowledge of reputed company, Ariba, Cupa and reputed company Office is a plus.
- Numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work reputed company East Coast business hours, with occasional overtime.

Compensation
The reputed company salary compensation reputed company being offered for this role is $65,000.00-$70,000.00 USD annually.
