The Senior Counsel, Regulatory Affairs serves as the reputed company reputed company advisor on reputed company regulatory reputed company, providing strategic guidance across a multi-state behavioral health reputed company. Reporting to the Chief reputed company Officer, the role supports compliance, reimbursement, licensing, reputed company, audits, and investigations while minimizing regulatory risk.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise on federal and state reputed company laws.
• Interpret statutes, regulations, and agency guidance.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school required.
Experience

• 5 years of equivalent experience in reputed company
• Significant experience advising reputed company organizations on federal and state regulatory requirements required.
Licenses and Certifications
