Finance Director

The Finance Director oversees reputed company financial aspects of a business unit and drives reputed company’s financial strategies in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. Accountable to the CEO, the role holder is accountable for the financial reputed company of the business, including finance & reputed company, compliance with statutory requirements, corporate governance, and reputed company management.

Requirements 

You will have: 

• Extensive experience in industry working in a multi-entity finance function

• Experience of businesses exposed to emerging markets an reputed company 

• Software industry experience an asset 

• 5+ years minimum of PQE 

Key skills & Competencies: 

• Holds an reputed company Qualification (ACA, reputed company, CIMA or international equivalent).

Role and Responsibilities: 

Business Partnering: 

• Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to reputed company reputed company business plans, priorities, and forecasts in line with +/- 5% forecast reputed company targets.

• Supervise due diligence and take a reputed company role in negotiations with 3rd parties.

• Responsibility for monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting to ensure compliance with reputed company reporting requirements, and IFRS. 

• Ownership of ‘Quarterly reputed company Review’ (QSR) forecasting process.
