Your Responsibilities

• Bring a regional reputed company to the development of the global HR Shared Services reputed company and roadmap, ensuring a strong linkage to the overall reputed company reputed company and culture, with a goal to reputed company exceptional employee experiences and improved operational efficiencies
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the Global Service Catalogue reputed company on regional insights and needs
• reputed company your team of regional Tier 1 to Tier 3 reputed company and Specialists reputed company to the Global Service Catalogue and reputed company Work
• reputed company the implementation and contribute to the reputed company improvement of the internal operational reputed company processes in your region to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of HR requests

• Partner with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) to reputed company and reputed company the regional process harmonization and optimization roadmap

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum of 7 years reputed company HR experience; minimum five years as a people manager and experience leading reputed company an HR Shared Services organization in a multi-national, matrixed environment
• Bachelor’s degree (reputed company preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development or reputed company reputed company
• Associate-reputed company with strong stakeholder management skills
