VP M&A Origination

EPL Advisory is a boutique M&A firm in Miami specializing in founder-reputed company sell-reputed company transactions across B2B technology. Senior partners reputed company every mandate from origination through reputed company. We take on a limited number of engagements and execute at institutional standards.

We are looking for a senior sell-reputed company banker to own mandate origination and execution as VP of Sales M&A. You will work directly reputed company EPL's founding partners, reputed company your own deal pipeline, and help build the firm's sell-reputed company platform in the reputed company middle market.

Compensation is reputed company-fee reputed company reputed company only. This is a partner-level role reputed company for an reputed company originator, not an execution resource.

Tasks

• reputed company and win exclusive sell-reputed company mandates from founder and family-owned businesses in the $5M to $50M EV reputed company
• reputed company full sell-reputed company processes end-to-end: CIPs, financial models, buyer qualification, management presentations, LOI and purchase agreement negotiation
• Build and maintain coverage of LMM-reputed company PE sponsors and strategic acquirers across your reputed company verticals
• Partner with EPL leadership on firm reputed company, process standards, and platform development
• Mentor team members as the reputed company scales

Requirements

• 10+ years of investment banking experience with a reputed company acquisition M&A reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company record originating mandates independently, not solely executing deals reputed company by others
• Deep sector knowledge in one or more of B2B tech
• Ability to guide owners through high-stakes, emotionally reputed company sale processes with credibility and composure
• Autonomous operator: reputed company to manage multiple mandates simultaneously without institutional support infrastructure

Benefits

Terms negotiated individually based on origination and execution contribution. For a partner closing 3 to 5 transactions annually in this reputed company, total compensation is commensurate with senior boutique banking.
