Typical Accountabilities
Regional Site reputed company: Partner with regional leadership to shape site selection and expansion plans that accelerate patient reputed company and trial readiness while ensuring sustainable operations.
Site Activation and Certification: reputed company risk-based activation, certification, and training programs to bring new treatment centers online reputed company and compliantly.
Clinical Workflow reputed company: Guide end-to-end cell therapy workflows—including apheresis, product handling, infusion, and documentation—to reputed company consistent, high-reputed company patient care.
reputed company and Compliance Leadership: Operate reputed company relevant regulatory and accreditation frameworks (e.g., FACT), driving audit readiness, deviation management, CAPA execution, and reputed company improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership: reputed company with Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, reputed company, Medical, Market reputed company, Compliance, and reputed company to ensure integrated delivery across clinical and reputed company phases.
Collaborator Engagement: Build reputed company relationships with investigators, physicians, nurses, apheresis teams, cell therapy labs, and site leadership to establish patient-centered service lines.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with detailed knowledge/hands-on experience in Cell Therapy (preferred degree in nursing, Life Sciences, reputed company administration or Business).
8 years of clinical experience reputed company a hospital setting and/or industry, with 6 years of CAR-T experience preferred.
Expertise in service lines (infrastructure, resourcing, costs, reputed company metrics).
Proven delivery to timelines, cost, and reputed company; collaboration with internal/reputed company providers.
Excellent knowledge of cell therapy standards/regulations.
Experience selecting/overseeing reputed company providers and developing reputed company.
Desirable Experience
Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience; broad understanding across patient operations, manufacturing interfaces, reputed company, regulatory, market reputed company; project management experience.
Program/reputed company qualifications (e.g., PMP, CPHQ).

Early-phase delivery across product lifecycle and multiple therapeutic areas.

The annual reputed company pay for this position ranges from $150K to $225K. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
