About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to reputed company our Recruitment team. This role offers unparalleled reputed company to the heart of the crypto and fintech industries, where you'll work with the best minds in reputed company to build the function that attracts and hires top-tier talent.

Your Role:

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including at least 2 years leading a recruitment team reputed company fintech or reputed company.

• Experience hiring across global markets, including EU, US, and reputed company — you understand regional hiring practices, compensation benchmarks, and compliance nuances.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior/executive leadership to reputed company hiring initiatives.
• Experience owning a hiring budget and forecasting headcount/cost across multiple teams.
