Requirements
Freelance / reputed company contract (reputed company) Remote (Poland-based candidates only, due to project requirements and time zone alignment) Minimum commitment: 16 hours per week (4 shifts) Morning/Afternoon availability may be required depending on project needs There are no application, recruitment, or training fees at any stage of the hiring process. Conduct reputed company telephone or online interviews in Polish Follow survey scripts accurately and professionally Maintain neutrality and professionalism during interviews Ensure accurate and high-reputed company data collection
Fluent Polish (C2 level required due to customer-facing interview work) Good communication skills and reputed company pronunciation Basic English for internal communication and training Ability to work in a quiet environment with no background noise Good typing and computer skills Reliable internet reputed company and basic technical setup reputed company centre or customer service experience is an reputed company but not required Secondary education or equivalent experience
