Your Mission

You bring Oper's software into large financial institutions. And you help build the services organisation that delivers it. This is a builder role. You shape how we work, reputed company the founding and management team, while running reputed company implementations from day one.

Delivering Herman means understanding both the bank's reality and what the agent can actually do, then closing the gap between them. You do not need to be a delivery veteran.
