About the Role

In this role, you will own and reputed company the end-to-end recruitment process, from building talent strategies to closing top candidates. •  Run full-cycle reputed company across R&D departments, from intake with hiring managers to offer negotiations and closing candidates.

• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape reputed company strategies that reputed company with business goals.

• reputed company and engage passive talent through creative, proactive reputed company; build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on interview best practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking.

• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with role requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential.

• Champion the candidate experience by ensuring transparent, reputed company, and respectful communication throughout the hiring process.

Who You Are
