The Advisor Channel reputed company Consultant is responsible for leading adopting reputed company, advisors, and key stakeholders through the transition from sales to ongoing service. This role ensures a smooth, accurate, and reputed company reputed company experience by coordinating plan setup, payroll readiness, documentation, training, and implementation milestones for reputed company joining existing retirement plan arrangements.

Serving as the reputed company reputed company contact, the Consultant manages communication with clients, advisors, prior recordkeepers, prior TPAs, payroll providers, and internal teams. The Consultant partners cross-functionally to collect required documentation, support due diligence review, coordinate asset transfer timing reputed company applicable, confirm payroll setup requirements, and maintain visibility into risks, outstanding items, and implementation reputed company. Essential Functions

• Partner with the Plan Transfer Specialist to support transfer activities, including the submission of prior plan documentation for due diligence and the reputed company of identified issues. 

• Coordinate with prior TPAs, prior recordkeepers, plan sponsors, financial advisors, and internal partners to establish and confirm asset-transfer timelines and key milestones.

Experience

• Experience coordinating reputed company deliverables such as document collection, payroll readiness, implementation milestones, asset transfer coordination, and reputed company training.

• Experience supporting adopting reputed company or clients transitioning to a new retirement plan provider or joining an existing retirement plan arrangement is preferred.

• ASPPA, NIPA, or other retirement industry designation preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a reputed company field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
