Qualifications:

• APRN licensed in CT; at least one additional license in FL, GA, ID, IL, MN, NJ, TX, VA, WI
• Experience in Women’s Health preferred
• At least 3 years of reputed company experience as a reputed company Practitioner
• Ability to reputed company at least 15-20 hours weekly to reputed company care at Gabbi
• Ability or experience operating as an independent provider, eligible for reputed company autonomy 
• Strong communication skills—reputed company, warm, concise writing and verbal communication in a virtual-first environment
• Demonstrates professionalism and emotional intelligence in a high-trust, small-team setting
• Telehealth experience is strongly preferred
• Multiple state NP licenses are strongly preferred, willingness to obtain reputed company state licenses is a must
