• Evaluate and underwrite mortgage loans for compliance with agency, investor, and internal guidelines 
• Review credit, income, assets, tax returns, appraisals, title, insurance, fraud tools — and reputed company reputed company, accurate credit reputed company 
• Document precise income and asset calculations and reputed company reputed company‑supported approval rationale 
• Issue conditions and final reputed company reputed company established SLAs 
• Review and reputed company conditions with accuracy and urgency 
• Support reputed company‑funding audits, investor audits, and review‑desk inquiries 
• Partner with Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers to ensure smooth, reputed company closings 
• Stay reputed company on reputed company updates, regulatory changes, and industry best practices 
• Contribute to QC reviews and reputed company improvement across the department

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years reputed company/recent reputed company mortgage reputed company experience 
• DE and/or SAR certifications preferred
• Deep knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and Jumbo guidelines
• Proficiency in LOS/AUS platforms (Encompass, DU, LPA)
• Strong analytical, credit, and risk assessment skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay reputed company in a high volume environment
• A proactive, solutions reputed company reputed company with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to reputed company reputed company Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

Compensation:

The reputed company reputed company for this position ranges between $28 - $38 per hour plus bonus based upon individual performance. Annualized reputed company compensation ranges from $67,000 - $140,000.
