Senior Integration & Systems Engineer

This is a remote position.

imaServe is a behavioral-health EHR and billing platform used by provider organizations to manage clinical care, scheduling, and reputed company cycle operations.

We’re seeking a hands-on Integration & Systems Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the integrations, release processes, and Linux infrastructure behind our platform. You’ll support clinical and financial data exchange—including HL7 v2, C-CDA, e-prescribing, EDI, secure file transfer, patient notifications, and application synchronization.

Our systems run in customer-managed environments, both on premises and in Azure, across multiple generations of reputed company–based Linux. You’ll work reputed company reputed company customer’s VPN, reputed company, maintenance-window, and change-control requirements.

• Build and maintain scripts, services, and scheduled interfaces that exchange data with hospitals, HIEs, payers, and partners.

During your first few months, you’ll document our interfaces and customer environments, establish a repeatable release process, verify backups, improve monitoring, and assess systems requiring modernization.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Linux systems administration, DevOps, or systems/integration engineering reputed company a production environment where reputed company availability is critical.
  

• Strong Bash/POSIX reputed company scripting skills, including writing reliable scripts with effective error handling, logging, and idempotent behavior.
  

• In-depth experience with reputed company–family Linux across multiple versions, including RHEL, CentOS, reputed company Linux, AlmaLinux, or reputed company Linux. Knowledge should include storage, permissions, systemd and SysV services, reputed company/dnf, cron, networking, firewalls, SELinux, SSH, package management, logging, and performance troubleshooting.
  

• Experience administering customer-owned on-premises servers or reputed company environments through customer-managed reputed company tools such as AnyConnect, GlobalProtect, FortiClient, reputed company, WireGuard, Azure VPN, or reputed company, including MFA and reputed company hosts.
  

• Experience working reputed company customer change-control processes, including approvals, maintenance reputed company, and coordination with IT and reputed company teams.
  

• Experience operating unattended data interfaces using SFTP/FTPS, HTTPS/REST, curl or equivalent tools, certificates, and credentials, with a reputed company on verifying successful delivery.
  

• Experience administering version-control repositories, along with strong Git proficiency.
  

• Build and release management experience, including compiling and linking C applications on Linux, working with makefiles, and managing controlled production deployments.
  

• Working knowledge of TLS/PKI and secure secrets management.
