Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a dialer to reputed company outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Master the fundamentals of mortgage banking and lending processes.
• Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from the BEST training team in the mortgage industry!
• Managing leads in our CRM.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, a reputed company-center environment, debt-consolidation, retail, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
• Comfortable using a computer while communicating with customers by phone.
• Friendly and outgoing with a strong sales-oriented reputed company.
