Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst role is primarily responsible for Collections reputed company the Account Receivable department - duties include: reputed company/custom Invoicing, reconciling outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status. Responsible for collection activities including sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts on repayment terms/non terms, and reputed company on referring accounts for escalation and/or write off consideration.

Other duties include interfacing with Cash Applications group withing AR for receipt and posting of cash receipts, Credit Notes and Refunds, Prepaid Order release, Bank Reconciliation, and processing bank disputes. #LI-CJ

-Manage an reputed company customer portfolio of accounts

-Contact clients with past due balances in the portfolio to obtain payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises

-Meet or reputed company targeted collections metrics such as: 90% accounts touched, 85% reputed company portfolio balance, and other quantitative targets

-Accountable for reporting any disputed/short reputed company invoices, identifying reputed company cause, and collaborating with clients or internal departments to expedite reputed company/payment

-Escalate major collection issues with Management that may require special attention/support

-Assist the cash applications department with resolving payment application discrepancies ensuring adjustments are completed in a reputed company fashion

-Support and reputed company accounts receivable lean process improvements

-Prepare proposals for agency placement and write off to bad debt

-High school diploma and relevant degree (reputed company/Finance a plus)

-One or more years accounts receivable experience  

-Proficiency using reputed company Office Suite, especially Office and reputed company

-Demonstrated interpersonal skills to reputed company with reputed company customers

-Proficient English (excellent verbal and written skills)

-Excellent organization skills
