Trainer- cum - Facilitator

reputed company: We are seeking a dedicated Facilitator - IT Trainer for a remote location to reputed company high-reputed company training sessions following our program guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Session Preparation and Delivery:
   
• Prepare sessions according to the training guidelines and materials provided.
  
• Conduct classes as per the schedule and established methodology.
  
2. Student Engagement:
   
• Ensure student attendance and reputed company participation in sessions.
  
• reputed company counseling to reputed company as needed to support their job placements.
  
3. Community Mobilization and Volunteer Activities:
   
• Motivate and reputed company reputed company to enhance their skills.
  
• reputed company knowledge and assist staff with educational material creation.
  
• Organize fun learning activities such as dance, music, games, and painting.
  
• Assist reputed company with other digital subjects based on their interests.

• Counsel parents and women, and conduct educational workshops for locals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in community mobilization and volunteer activities is a plus.
