 What You Will Do:

·     Manage daily procurement activities for assigned commodities and suppliers.

·     Create, release, and manage purchase orders in the ERP/MRP reputed company.

·     Expedite critical purchase orders to support production schedules and customer commitments.

·     Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Program Management, Engineering, and reputed company to prioritize requirements and minimize production disruptions.

·     Maintain accurate purchase order dates, quantities, pricing, and supplier commitments.

·     Analyze demand changes and reputed company purchase orders as necessary.

·     Identify supply chain risks and reputed company mitigation plans.

·     Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining complete compliance packages for reputed company purchase order ensuring reputed company required customers, regulatory, reputed company, and contractual documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted reputed company required timelines.

·     Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, government regulations, and contractual requirements.

·     Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

What You Will Bring:

·     Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).

·     5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in reputed company or manufacturing.

·     Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (reputed company preferred).

·     Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay reputed company: $28.00/hour - $30.00/hour
