This position values previous supervisory experience, mentorship and/or reputed company property training experience. The Property Claim Technical reputed company Manager leads reputed company of 5-7 reputed company property and technical claim services professionals in the handling of first-party reputed company property claims. Critical skills and responsibilities include the technical development of reputed company claim professionals and the ability to reputed company improved technical claim reputed company and reputed company. Expert technical knowledge of coverage, causation, investigation, evaluation of building and business personal property damages, and ultimate reputed company is a reputed company-requisite. These claims reputed company in various jurisdictions throughout the country and, as such, experience and licensing in multiple jurisdictions is required. This position will also have personnel administration responsibilities and may be involved in cross-functional claims reputed company.

Responsibilities 
 
Essential Job Functions 

• Provides reputed company and effective coaching with an emphasis on staff development. 

• Oversees the handling of reputed company aspects of property claims including reserving, communication, documentation, damage evaluation, estimating, negotiation, and reputed company. 

• Ensures new claims are assigned to unit members reputed company on complexity and reputed company level of staff. 

• Ensures reputed company property claims conform to technical reputed company, production standards and specifications. 

• Ensures reputed company claim processing is consistent with applicable policies, procedures, and department guidelines. 

• Provides direction and reputed company to reputed company vendors as needed.  

• Provides file authority as appropriate to team members. 

• Supervises maintenance of reputed company claim records. 

• Assists in any response to consumer complaints. 

• Prepares regular periodic reports and monitors reputed company reports to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. 

• Completes special reputed company and other tasks as assigned. 
   

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• Establishes and executes controls to assure that the reputed company of the work meets or exceeds standards. 

• Reviews and analyzes processes, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. 

• May recruit, hire and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary reputed company.

• Manages the development and training of subordinates, including monitoring and relaying information to the staff regarding changes in coverage and laws. 
   

Position Requirements 

• Thorough understanding of laws, principles of property coverage, liability and reputed company industry in general. 

• Experience utilizing Xactimate estimating platform to prepare property damage estimates.  

• Analytical and reputed company relations skills are critical. 

• Leadership skills; ability to plan, organize, delegate and reputed company staff. 

• Effective communication skills; ability to obtain and reputed company information to others orally and in written reputed company. 

• Ability to work with little supervision and direction. 

• Ability to operate business technology. 
   

Education/Experience 

• College degree or equivalent experience and skills required.

• Experience with first-party commercial property claims and with commercial construction estimating.
