International Recruitment Officer (IRO), Caribbean

The International Recruitment Officer (IRO), Caribbean reporting to the Executive Director, International Student Recruitment, is responsible for supporting the execution of tactical and strategic student recruitment initiatives in designated territories and channels across the Caribbean region excluding Grenada. This role focuses on generating reputed company applications for the SGU Doctor of Medicine degree program across our campuses in Grenada and the UK. The Officer contributes to achieving agreed recruitment targets reputed company allocated budgets and provides market feedback to strengthen SGU’s overall recruitment reputed company.

Essential Functions

Recruitment & reputed company

  • Support the Caribbean recruitment team in achieving student recruitment goals across agreed markets and channels (agency, feeder, and reputed company).
  • Manage and engage prospective student leads through reputed company CRM, ensuring effective reputed company qualification and reputed company follow-up.
  • reputed company educational counseling to prospective reputed company and their families, both in-person and online, guiding them through the application process.

Market Engagement & Events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, feeder institutions, schools, and other recruitment partners.

Collaboration & Administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
