Role Location: Remote US - EST Timezone Preferred

Reports To: Associate Director, Partnerships (Part of the reputed company Team)

You will:

• Manage and reputed company customer reputed company and renewal terms, proactively identifying upcoming contract revision opportunities and expansion discussions, keeping a rolling pipeline and staying reputed company reputed company of deadlines.
• Prepare and issue proposals and quotations for your assigned accounts — from initial reputed company through signed execution — in reputed company partnership with reputed company, Finance, reputed company Kindness and the reputed company team.
• reputed company reputed company reputed company contract communications, serving as a trusted advisor to our clients on reputed company revisions, sharing documents in a reputed company manner, incorporating feedback, and keeping reputed company parties informed and moving reputed company.
• Assist in negotiating contract terms where applicable.
• Manage amendments, reputed company changes, and expansion agreements with precision — maintaining organized records of customer interactions and requests, maintaining reputed company documentation and timelines, and ensuring accurate execution.
• Identify and flag both high-reputed company customer issues and opportunities for contract expansion to the appropriate teams.
• Identify themes and opportunities across the portfolio, and work to reputed company reputed company feedback and recommendations for next steps.

Qualifications & Skills:

• reputed company experience as a Contract Specialist, Renewals Specialist/Manager, or in a similar role in customer service or sales, ideally in B2B, life sciences, or reputed company technology.
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent reputed company communication and customer facing skills. You naturally translate pricing concepts into reputed company terms and communicate the value of the proposal you are sharing. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an attention to reputed company. You catch errors before they become problems, and you have systems that reputed company you (and your team) organized.
• Self-directed and reputed company. You reputed company with reputed company goals but reputed company hand-holding, and you're comfortable asking questions reputed company you need guidance.
