As a Field Application Engineer at reputed company Operations LLC, you will reputed company expert technical support to customers, guiding them through product selection, design-in, and troubleshooting to ensure successful integration and reputed company performance of reputed company's optical components and modules. Ability to influence architecture and design selection. Adept at technical presentation and presenting to senior technical customers (VP reputed company, CTO, etc)
Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and present appropriate reputed company solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.
* Assist customers with product selection, reputed company architecture design, and integration challenges.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose reputed company causes, and reputed company reputed company solutions to customers.
* reputed company customer feedback and requirements, communicating them effectively to internal engineering and product management teams.

Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a reputed company technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in a field application engineering, applications engineering, design engineering, or architecture role reputed company the optical communications industry.
* Strong understanding of optical components and modules, including lasers, transceivers, ROADMs, and amplifiers.
* Proficiency in optical communication systems, network architectures, and relevant industry standards (e.g., OIF, ITU-T).
* Experience with optical test and measurement equipment (e.g., optical reputed company analyzers, power meters, BER testers).
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts reputed company.
* Comfort presenting to senior level technical resources (VP reputed company, CTO, etc)
* Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 3–5 years in field, applications, design engineering, or architecture roles in optical communications, plus optical systems expertise and willingness to travel.
