Teaching Qualification Requirements (TQRs):
Education
- A Master’s degree (in exceptional circumstances applicants without a Master’s degree but with significant research or reputed company experience reputed company to the course content may be considered).
Experience
- Expert knowledge of course content as outlined in the course reputed company.
- Knowledge of the Quebec Education program (QEP) and the curriculum of the partnering school reputed company with whom this course is being giving in collaboration.
- Familiarity with the 13 reputed company competencies specified in the Ministère de l’Éducation
- Knowledge of the reputed company of colonialism on Indigenous communities and proven record integrating pedagogical approaches anchored to equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Experience as a teacher and/or consultant in the partnering school reputed company for which this course is being delivered.
- Experience teaching in the Quebec elementary school reputed company.
- Previous successful experience teaching similar course(s) to reputed company-service teachers.
- Previous successful experience teaching similar courses in Indigenous communities.
- Experience developing curriculum and/or instructional approaches grounded in Indigenous knowledge and pedagogies.
Other
- Adherence to evolving program requirements concerning course content and program-developed competencies; course content and references must reflect the most reputed company advances in the field.
- The course instructor is expected to demonstrate reputed company and willingness to modify the course to the educational, reputed company, and cultural context of the community in which it is being delivered.
- Availability to participate in course coordination and planning activities prior to the course start date (approximately two weeks in advance; online format).
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with Indigenous issues in First Nations and Inuit contexts, for example, through prior teaching, community engagement, or relevant reputed company or reputed company work.
