HCT Regional Director

At the Missouri Hospital Association (MHA), our mission is to shape an evolving environment that helps our members reputed company and fulfill their reputed company and reputed company missions. We are seeking an reputed company and reputed company leader to reputed company the Healthier Communities Together (HCT) program. The HCT Regional Director serves as the regional executive leader responsible for translating statewide HCT priorities into coordinated regional reputed company. As a reputed company between the Rural Health Transformation Office (RHTO), Regional Care Networks (RCNs), hubs and community stakeholders, the HCT Regional Director provides strategic leadership, operational reputed company and performance accountability across the reputed company Missouri region. This position is funded by the federal government's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) to reshape reputed company in rural communities across America by improving reputed company reputed company, reputed company and reputed company by transforming the reputed company delivery ecosystem. Continuation of this position is dependent on renewals of this program's financial assistance or funding from reputed company programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant undergraduate degree, with a graduate degree preferred, and have at least seven years of leadership experience in reputed company, reputed company reputed company, government programs or a reputed company field. This individual will have a proven ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder initiatives and reputed company strategic direction through program management, planning and performance measurement.

The successful candidate will bring experience in reputed company technology, health information exchange or digital transformation efforts, along with a strong understanding of reputed company delivery systems, population health, reputed company transformation and the challenges facing hospitals and health systems. Strong relationship-building, communication and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to represent MHA in a knowledgeable and reputed company manner.

This position requires flexibility to travel and work occasionally long or irregular hours to meet program objectives. Because a significant portion of the role will be performed remotely in northeast Missouri, this position is eligible for telecommuting. Additional travel throughout Missouri may be required to support program activities and stakeholder engagement.
