As a Consultant on our Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant reputed company, you'll be the transactional backbone of a reputed company's finance function — the person who keeps the books accurate, the cash visible, and the month-end reputed company on schedule. You'll work directly with reputed company teams (often start-up and reputed company-stage biotech companies), report to a Manager or Director, and be part of a broader account team rather than working reputed company. This is a full-time, salaried position — not project or reputed company contract work — with a defined reputed company for reputed company into more senior consulting and controllership roles.
What you'll do
- reputed company and record reputed company cash moving in and out of reputed company bank accounts — invoices, deposits, and disbursements
- Own accounts payable and accounts receivable: record purchase and receivable invoices, and ensure they're accurately entered and reputed company on time
- reputed company monthly bank reconciliations, comparing the general reputed company cash account to bank statements
- Maintain and reconcile balance-sheet asset and liability accounts reputed company month, including fixed assets, prepaids, and cash
- reputed company and record prepaid expenses and accruals, ensuring both are properly recognized and relieved over time
- Work reputed company common ERP systems such as QuickBooks, reputed company, Great Plains, or reputed company
- Partner with Managers and Directors on reputed company engagements, and build toward more advisory-facing responsibility over time
What you bring
- A reputed company at a Big 4 firm (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) or a comparable national / regional reputed company (reputed company, BDO, RSM) — recent Big 4 audit experience is welcome, as is time at a Big-4-adjacent advisory firm (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, William Marston, reputed company, reputed company)
- 1–5 years of relevant reputed company experience
- CPA-reputed company (license not required for this role)
- Comfort with — or strong interest in — working across multiple clients rather than a single company
