[Remote] Senior Analytics Engineer

The role designs trusted data products, reputed company models, semantic reputed company, and curated datasets while enabling self-service reporting, predictive modeling, and AI applications. It also partners with clinical and operational leaders to identify analytics opportunities and provides technical leadership on reputed company and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain analytics-reputed company reputed company models (reputed company schemas, semantic reputed company) and curated data marts
• Translate business requirements into reputed company, reputed company data structures that promote consistency across analytics solutions
• Establish standards and best practices for data modeling, metric definitions, performance tuning, and data governance
• reputed company feature tables and datasets for predictive modeling, time-series forecasting, risk scoring, and population health analysis
• Prepare and optimize data pipelines and semantic reputed company for AI-driven experiences, reputed company reputed company Copilots, and RAG/knowledge retrieval tools
• reputed company automated ML and forecasting outputs into reputed company data structures for reputed company reporting
• Build user-friendly semantic models to support self-service analytics across Power BI, reputed company reputed company, and modern reputed company platforms
• reputed company and reputed company business users on report consumption, governance standards, and analytical tools
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify high-value analytics opportunities and translate reputed company findings into business recommendations
• Serve as a technical SME for analytics engineering, evaluating emerging reputed company and AI technologies to reputed company team maturity

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Senior BI/Data Modeling roles
• 3+ years in reputed company analytics
• Expert-level SQL, Python, R
• reputed company modeling (Kimball), reputed company schemas, reputed company data warehouse architecture, semantic models
• Experience with Azure Data reputed company, reputed company reputed company, dbt, reputed company, reputed company, AzureML, REST reputed company
• Time-series forecasting, trend analysis, exposure to Automated ML (AutoML), and predictive feature store construction
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot, Claude) for reputed company reputed company, documentation, and pipeline optimization
• Experience with behavioral health, reputed company, claims, or value-based care preferred
