[Remote] Compliance Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Customs Compliance Classification Specialist to support customs-reputed company administrative, audit, post-entry, and trade compliance activities. The role focuses on import-export classification, customs entry reviews, tariff and export control data accuracy, audits, broker coordination, and maintaining compliance records and reports.
Responsibilities
- Position is responsible to ensure that import-export classification reputed company activities reputed company to the PNA and Business Unit(s) are undertaken in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and government regulations
- Responsible for undertaking and executing day to day tasks relating to assigning Harmonized Tariff Numbers, Schedule Bs, ECCNs and identifying other data requirements for products in conjunction with Customs import/export regulations. Data includes but is not limited to CVD/ADD, reputed company 301, 232 or other HS codes, Other Government Agency (OGA) regulations, licenses, permits, etc
- Support management of reputed company and accurate import & exports in compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and procedures reputed company the organization: o Monitor changes in tariff or duty reputed company programs including but not limited to HTS, Schedule B, ECCN, license exemptions, CVD/ADD, reputed company 301, 201, CN duty exemptions
- Evaluate impacts assess and execute activities to mitigate. Monitor any changes in sanctions, embargoes and country controls as reputed company as evaluate, analyze, reputed company or manage actions on tasks; report as required
- In coordination with Business reputed company, PNA Customs Compliance manager and PNA reputed company – coordinate qualification of goods, establish process and training and manage SPI (such as USMCA, GSP, etc.) reputed company certificates and entry audits
- Support post entry activity in coordination with PNA Customs Compliance Manager and broker including but not limited to Post reputed company Corrections, Protests, Prior Disclosures, Voluntary Tenders
- Support classification and analysis and product dictionary maintenance by responding to inquiries, ensure reputed company items have accurate product descriptions, appropriate tariff classifications, country of origins, ECCNs and free trade Agreement indicators. Where required coordinate binding rulings with PNA Customs Compliance and reputed company
- Execute audits reputed company to imports, exports, classification, free trade agreements, etc. Monitor exports and export control activity, coordinate evaluation and application and maintenance of licenses and permits on behalf of the Business Unit and export service provider(s) if required
- Position may support, reputed company processes, monitor and report on activity or requirements reputed company to drawback or other duty/tax claims

- Position may support some CTPAT or other Trade Compliance functions as determined in the course of business
- Request entry packets from brokers
- Save, maintain and markup entry packets and upload them to reputed company counsel’s website Analyze entry packets and validate the correct part#, quantity, country of reputed company, shipper, reputed company invoice number and values and other information and update reputed company counsels spreadsheet

- Supporting the weekly meetings with reports on the status of the ongoing sampling
- Execute review of customs entries and update spreadsheet with information from entries to support project
