[Remote] Contract Senior Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume pharmacy and member support roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters, People team, and IT to ensure alignment and reputed company reputed company
• Maintain an organized, efficient reputed company process, with exceptional attention to detail and a tight reputed company on metrics to monitor reputed company toward goals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build candidate reputed company, and set interview strategies
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process

Skills

• 6+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including at least 3 years in a startup environment
• Proven reputed company in high-volume hiring (clinical or customer/member support preferred)
• Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail
