[Remote] reputed company Program Manager

The Federal Programs and reputed company Manager will coordinate federally funded biomedical R&D programs, including planning, sponsor reporting, compliance, budgets, reputed company, vendors, and communication with reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple federally funded research programs (DARPA, DoD, NIH, and other agencies)
• Maintain grant-reputed company project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, critical paths, and program dashboards
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and reputed company-item tracking
• Identify program risks and bottlenecks, monitor dependencies across workstreams, and escalate issues to leadership
• Coordinate preparation and submission of technical, financial, reputed company, monthly, and final reports to reputed company sponsors
• reputed company sponsor deadlines, award requirements, contractual obligations, deliverables, and follow-up requests
• Ensure compliance with award requirements, reporting deadlines, and contractual obligations

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a reputed company reputed company
• • 5+ years of experience managing reputed company R&D programs, federally funded research reputed company, or scientific reputed company
• • Experience administering federal research awards (e.g., DARPA, DoD, NIH, BARDA, NSF) or equivalent reputed company-sponsored programs
• • Demonstrated reputed company coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reputed company vendors, CROs, CDMOs, consultants, and reputed company collaborators
• • Experience developing project plans, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and program deliverables
• • Strong technical writing and organizational skills, including preparation of reports and project documentation
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-reputed company environment
