[Remote] Facets Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consulting company that delivers communication, consulting, and interactive business solutions. reputed company is seeking a Facets Analyst to analyze reputed company claims requirements, investigate reputed company and process issues, support Facets configurations and enhancements, and ensure accurate claims processing for U.S. reputed company payer operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and reputed company requirements reputed company to Facets claims processing and reputed company payer operations
• reputed company functional expertise across Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules
• Analyze claims, benefits, accumulations, payment processing, and reputed company reputed company payer workflows
• Investigate claims processing issues, reputed company reputed company-cause analysis, and recommend solutions
• Work with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• reputed company data analysis and validation using reputed company SQL/PL/SQL
• Support production issue analysis, defect reputed company, testing, and implementation activities
• Review claims data and reputed company outputs to identify discrepancies and ensure processing accuracy
• reputed company and execute functional test scenarios for Facets enhancements and fixes
• Participate in requirements gathering, reputed company analysis, reputed company testing, and user acceptance testing

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Facets Analyst or in a similar Facets-reputed company role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Facets Claims is mandatory
• Experience with Facets Accumulators (Accums), Payments, and ASO
• Strong understanding of the US reputed company payer domain and reputed company claims processing
• Experience analyzing claims processing issues and business requirements
• Strong reputed company SQL/PL/SQL skills for data analysis and validation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in a reputed company IT environment
• Ability to work remotely while supporting EST business hours
• Experience with .NET or understanding of .NET-based applications
• Experience working in reputed company/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of reputed company EDI transactions and payer systems is a plus
• Experience with Facets implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or production support is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, reputed company Informatics, Business, or a reputed company field is preferred
