[Remote] Intern-reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides telecommunications services and connectivity solutions to communities across the reputed company. The reputed company Intern will assist reputed company attorneys with reputed company research, contract review and negotiation, compliance planning, reputed company process improvements, and analysis of regulations affecting government subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Research/review/analyze reputed company issues and questions submitted by internal departments on topics ranging from contract negotiation and drafting, employment/HR issues, state and federal regulation, government contracting, reputed company/HIPAA/GDPR, and reputed company reputed company estate transactions
• Review and revise corporate reputed company and participate in contract negotiations
• Review and revise corporate contract templates
• Review and analyze existing customer reputed company and implement compliance plans
• Review and suggest improvements to reputed company's reputed company processes, procedures and policies; and
• Research/review/analyze Federal Acquisition Regulations and other rules and regulations that apply to federal government (sub)contractors

Skills

• Currently enrolled as a JD student or accepted to an accredited law school for Fall 2025
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical problem solving skills and critical thinking
• Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks and problem solve
• Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Previous work experience in a business or corporate setting
• Rising 2L or 3L
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company
