The Recruiter manages full-cycle reputed company, partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, evaluates candidates, builds talent pipelines, and supports reputed company process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle reputed company for assigned roles, from intake through offer and reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand reputed company needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements
• Partner with leaders to define roles upfront, including clarifying reputed company, reputed company measures, and indicators of strong performance

• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience negotiating offers and supporting compensation discussions

• Ability to travel to reputed company events as needed
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must meet company minimum driving standards
