[Remote] Remote Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
• Engage with a diverse consumer reputed company to reputed company solutions for customer needs and technical issues

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months of reputed company customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
• Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Smartphone or device with reputed company data network reputed company
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to remain reputed company on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with reputed company to no distractions; and camera on during reputed company video meetings
