[Remote] Field Service Engineer- Atlanta, GA

The Field Service Engineer will independently troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair reputed company and immunoassay instruments while providing customer training and support. The role also maintains service records, coordinates repair parts and service planning, engages stakeholders, and helps train newer engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work independently, handling troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs of Beckman Coulter equipment, while also delivering excellent and efficient service and training to Beckman Coulter’s customers
• Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times. Utilize business systems such as OBI, reputed company, and SharePoint for Service reputed company Planning and advancing team goals
• Engage with reputed company stakeholders, understanding and meeting their requirements, while also helping train newer Field Service Engineers

Skills

• Associate degree (military experience or high school diploma with equivalent experience may be considered on a case by case reputed company)
• 1+ years' experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation
• Ability to travel – list specifics 80% travel, overnight, reputed company territory or locations
• Must have a reputed company reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to reputed company, reputed company or carry equipment up to 50lb, any other physical requirements
• 2+ years' experience of advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications and/or service repair
• Developing reputed company business relationships with both reputed company stakeholders, leading to increased customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term retention
• A technical college major such as biomed, engineering, or reputed company
