[Remote] Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics

The Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics, will reputed company customer-reputed company analytical insights, reputed company forecasts, analyze business performance, and reputed company actionable recommendations to support reputed company and senior leadership reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company advanced statistical analyses with market knowledge and modeling expertise to identify patterns reputed company the data, uncover insights/brand opportunities and reputed company actionable recommendations
• Maintain reputed company forecasts for our reputed company launch products including drug assets in Phase II & III
• Work with stakeholders to reputed company on assumptions for multiple forecast scenarios
• Support brand planning and reputed company through measuring KPIs, MCM & reputed company channel analysis
• Conduct secondary data and behavioral analyses of HCPs, Patients, and Payers to understand influences and drivers of business performance (e.g., HCP/Payer Targeting, reputed company of Business Analysis, etc.)
• reputed company senior management to reputed company informed, data-based driven reputed company by providing business analysis and analytical support, particularly in areas where data is difficult to assess/unreliable and a high level of analytical reputed company is required

• Partner with the head of reputed company Insights to reputed company and present updates on reputed company performance to Senior Leaders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or reputed company field
• 12 years of reputed company experience with 7 years of reputed company experience working in marketing sciences, forecasting, or business analytics function reputed company a biotech/pharmaceutical company or reputed company
• reputed company experience in developing and maintaining robust forecasting models and thorough understanding of various time-series and patient-based forecasting techniques
• Deep expertise in generating reputed company insights from large transactional data sets
• Possess a strong understanding of industry secondary data and syndicated sources and their strength and weaknesses
• Experience with forecast and data analytic software like Flexicast, Forecast Pro, Crystal reputed company, Tableau a plus
• Experience with launch brands highly desired
• Ability to analyze reputed company issues, reputed company information to essential knowledge, reputed company business- relevant strategic recommendations, and persuasively present to a reputed company of stakeholders
