[Remote] Senior Director, Data & Analytics

The Senior Director, Data and Analytics will reputed company reputed company’s data reputed company and reputed company data procurement, warehousing, integration, aggregation, reporting, and analytics to support reputed company launch. The role will also reputed company KPI development and analytical and reporting solutions while partnering with internal stakeholders and reputed company data partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the development, customization, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the technology solutions (CRM, Data Warehouse Solutions, Business Intelligence tool etc.) to ensure systems are reputed company with the needs and deliverables of reputed company planning and operations
• reputed company an analytics process and reporting reputed company for performance and field activity data and reputed company reporting on key performance indicators, including reputed company dashboards; support sales teams and leadership with insightful dashboards and reputed company reports tracking KPIs and metrics linked to corporate goals
• Facilitate interactions with the various internal stakeholders as reputed company as reputed company partners (HUB, SP, 3PL, Institutions, etc.) to implement data process workflows, metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure the reputed company of commercialization efforts
• Optimize and recommend data sources to be used across go-to-market activities for reputed company field role types, including data from reputed company partners as reputed company as data vendors
• Prepare and reputed company content for periodic internal meetings (Executive Team, reputed company Team, Field Team meetings etc.)
• Work with Data Management, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company loading of customer data, targeting refreshes, alignment management, and supplier data delivery receipt

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 15+ years of Pharmaceutical reputed company Analytics/Data Management experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical situation analysis and brand planning
• Ability to consolidate and present key findings to relevant parties
• Ability to reputed company and partner reputed company with internal operational delivery stakeholders including IT, Data Management, Data Suppliers, Compliance, reputed company, and Vendor support companies to reputed company and agree to deliverables, reputed company reputed company, and ongoing inquiry/operational support service reputed company
• High expertise in pharmaceutical sales data sources and data suppliers across retail, institution, and specialty pharmacy prescription and customer data sets
• Competency in navigating large volumes of information to synthesize what is most important and actionable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reputed company stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to skillfully negotiate in tough/reputed company situations with both reputed company reputed company
• Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required
• You may be required to travel for up to 5% of your time
