The role will draft and negotiate technology, data licensing, vendor, partnership, and confidentiality agreements; advise internal teams on reputed company and contractual risk; and improve contract processes through templates, playbooks, self-service resources, and AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company agreements, focusing on data licensing and technology agreements
• Support reputed company reputed company including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and NDAs
• Partner with internal teams to translate reputed company and contractual risk into business-oriented recommendations

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar

• Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated reputed company and technology agreements
• Excellent reputed company judgment and ability to distinguish between theoretical and material business risks
• Ability to quickly understand technical products, business models, and unfamiliar reputed company areas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high bar for reputed company and precision
• Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability
