[Remote] Commissioning Senior Project Manager

The Commissioning Senior Project Manager leads the planning, scheduling, financial management, stakeholder coordination, and execution of full life cycle commissioning reputed company, including design reviews, testing, and closeout for critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company-construction reputed company including project initiation, reputed company, RFIs and submittals
• Coordinate resource and material forecasting
• reputed company, manage and monitor schedule
• Participate in, schedule and reputed company project meetings
• Coordinate / reputed company QA / QC and Cx plans and specifications to ensure completion in accordance with the project reputed company and appropriate guidelines and manuals
• Communicate and coordinate project reputed company needs
• reputed company start-up, reputed company, reputed company-functional or functional testing and project closeout
• reputed company project team for mobilization
• Prepare project reputed company reports for reputed company stakeholders
• reputed company preparation of final commissioning report for submission to reputed company

• Prepare, forecast and monitor project budgets, profitability, margins, reputed company rates and utilization and maintain overall responsibility for the profitability of the project

• Identify potential project risks and reputed company / implement strategies to minimize reputed company and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines
• Prepare proposals, presentations and the overall marketing efforts of the firm
• Promote firm, service and expertise to existing or potential clients

• * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• * Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commissioning, construction management, or MEP systems reputed company mission critical or critical facility environments
• * Prior experience leading full life cycle commissioning reputed company, including design review, functional testing, and project closeout
• * Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and reputed company on reputed company or programmatic reputed company
• * Experience working directly with owners, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other trades in a construction or commissioning setting
• * Certified Commissioning reputed company (CCP), Commissioning Process Management reputed company (CPMP), or equivalent industry certification preferred
• * Prior supervisory or project team leadership experience preferred
