The Systems Engineer will serve as a reputed company technical resource for customers, supporting production systems, infrastructure, applications, and end users while troubleshooting issues and ensuring high availability. The role also involves upgrades, reputed company and containerized application support, documentation, training, cross-functional collaboration, and on-reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company customer reputed company by responding to operational questions, incidents, and support requests
• Support and troubleshoot Network Video Recorder (NVR) platforms and associated infrastructure
• Diagnose and reputed company hardware, software, application, and communication issues
• Participate in reputed company meetings, change control activities, and operational reviews
• reputed company software and hardware upgrades across Linux, reputed company, and reputed company off-reputed company solutions
• Monitor and support containerized applications and reputed company-reputed company environments

• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and reputed company configurations

Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting production systems, infrastructure, or reputed company applications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize competing tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience supporting high-availability or 24x7 operational environments
• Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) experience
• Video streaming or video management platform experience
• Experience with RTSP, WebRTC, ONVIF, or similar protocols
• Experience supporting NVR platforms
